Shipping Policy — Prescribe AI

Prescribe AI is a digital service. No physical goods are shipped, and no physical delivery is involved.

Digital Delivery

All purchases on Prescribe AI — subscriptions and top-up credit packs — are digital products. Upon successful payment via Razorpay:

Subscription credits are added to your account instantly (typically within 30 seconds of payment confirmation).
Top-up credits are added to your account instantly.
Your account billing status updates in the app within the same session.
You receive a payment confirmation email and an in-app notification.

There is no shipping fee, no delivery time, and no physical address required for any purchase.

Service Activation

Subscription activation is automatic on first successful payment. Top-up packs are activated immediately. You can begin using the credits the moment the payment confirmation appears in the app.

Delivery Failures

In the rare case that credits do not appear in your account within 15 minutes of a successful payment, please contact support@prescribedose.com with your Razorpay transaction ID. We will reconcile the payment and add the credits manually within 24 working hours.

International Use

Prescribe AI is currently designed for medical practitioners in India. The mobile app and digital credit packs are accessible globally through the Google Play Store, but customer support, pricing (INR only), and the AI's medical-context optimisations are tuned for the Indian healthcare ecosystem.
